Janette Davie is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Community Directors Australia, with a long career in international and domestic tourism. Her current roles include Non-Executive Director and Secretary, Destination Central West, NSW Gov. Tourism, Chair of Little Wings Ltd, a children’s charity and aeromedical service, F.O.O.D HQ. Event Co-ordinator, Orange F.O.O.D Festival, and immediate past role as Non-Executive Director and Treasurer Qantas Foundation Memorial/Qantas Founders Museum in Longreach Queensland.
Janette’s commercial roles include General Manager of Pinpoint Travel Group, Non-Executive Director/co-owner at Harvey Holidays Pty Ltd, Director Sales/Marketing at Creative Holidays, Executive Director/General Manager for Qantas Holidays North America, and Manager Inbound Tourism for Qantas Holidays. Jannette has served in an honorary capacity on numerous boards and committees.
Jannette earned recognition in the global ranks of Stanford Who’s Who for her work in the tourism and travel industry and was recognised in the 2017 Order of Australia Awards (AM) for significant service to the Tourism and Travel Industry and community.
